It is easy right?

On Saturday I did the 300 workout with the other coaches after all the clients had gone. I assumed wrong when we got there at 6:30 am when I thought somebody was going to be able to pick up breakfast. Once 8 am hit I was already missing my energy that food gives me within 45 minutes of waking up. By the time we worked out I was starving and wornout. I did the workout despite the fact that I could have used the day rest.

Saturday night we celebrated the great finishes of the coaches who competed and placed in the regional qualifiers with dinner (and Drinks) at Polvo's. I had too much and at somebody during the evening rolled my ankle so bad that I could barely walk on Sunday.

Now it's Wendesday and I am mostly recovered from both the alkle sprain and the Alcoholic beverages. I finally was able to do a workout which was at best a +2 on a Par 5. I am about to force myself to get on my Hump to go coach my last 3 groups tonight.

The Lesson Here: After a solid Month of eating clean, sleeping enough, Massage/ Trigger Pointing and nailing workouts 5 - 6 times a week I went out and performed to my best at the Crossfit Games Qualifier.

I day of eating off cue and the exhausting my body with little sleep and excessive drinking have sent me into a tail spin which will take me a week and a half to get back to the level of performance I was at.

The Crossfit Games are in less than 8 weeks. The Spartan Challenge will be for the next 6. I have dialed back into everything I need to to blow the time I had on Saturday out of the water. I will lead the team we are taking to Aromas to be ready to win.

Every Choice will take you towards what you want or away from it.

Get you equipment out and use it. Buy Grocercies and cook them. Empty your pantrys of all the processed crap and trash them.

You Want to be Crossfit? Prove it!
