Enough with the Grains and Soy



So I'm right there with you! I can remember about 5 years ago very distinctly saying, "I will never stop eating bread."

I mean why should I right? I ate 100% whole wheat. This stuff is very heart
healthy and high if fiber to help my digestive system out. Bread is great for
you!

Not so much!
