The key to a great Scramble

This morning I woke and had something very important on my mind... Breakfast!
I have a very lax Thursday Morning as far a work is concerned, so I knew I could
take my time. Usually that means Bacon in my morning meal. This major ingrediant
alots for about 5 to 7 extra minutes to prepare.

Here is what I did.
Skillet in Medium-Highish heat.
Poor about 4 tablespoon of Extra Virgin olive oil in.
Throw in Bacon for 5 or so minutes.
Add Turkey Meatballs for a couple minutes.
Dense vegatable for 3 minutes (1 Zuchini)
3 Eggs for about 90 seconds with Seasoning.
Once all is fully cooked
Add 2 cups Dark Green Leafy Vegatable (purple kale)
and about 2 more Tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook for about 60 to 90 seconds.

I use alot of Olive oil. In my opinion this is a major
factor when loooking for an especially delicious scrample.

The pic I took here is not justice for how good this looks
when complete!

Enjoy!
