Thank you Susan from Crossfit San Diego for putting me through a trying Monday 7 am workout.

"Cindy" plus running

As many rounds possible for 20 minutes:
- Run 400 meters
- 5 pull- ups
- 10 push-ups
- 15 squats

I finished with 5 rounds/ plus 400m and 5 pull-ups
