There is still nothing like visiting another affiliate that allows you to experience a vamped up desire to get in a workout. Petranek Fitness(Crossfit LA) has been one affiliate that I've been eager to visit for over a year now. I must admit that Andy's workout came through to force me to push the limits of my fitness level. A great workout and a downright great experience alltogether. If you are in the LA area, hit'em up for a challenge that just might put you on your back!
