I hear all the time that Fitness Classes are always about 80% women. I'm not sure what's up but this class is lacking in them. This group is a great group and they work hard to keep eachother going. We have 2 ladies that attend this class but usually one of them isn't there. This night neither of them were. I know there have got to be more ladies out there needing a challenging workout after a good days work. How bout it?
