I just saw JDP's Blog (John Del Peral). Check it out. He is right on point. If you haven't met him yet, he is our newest trainer from and finishing his schooling up at Texas State. You will be seeing him around more now that he has finished his internship shadowing me every day in the morning classes over the summer.I have been told that he is my protege. All I can say about him is that he is a damn good trainer. If you haven't met him or had the privilege of working out in one of his classes yet, you are really missing out.
Be guided my his attention to detail and eagerness to do everything he does with precision and discipline!
