Holler atcha Boys


I wanted to take a second to give some props to the fellas of the .com class! On Monday we ran a 5k(Maybe closer to 4 miles Accidentally). This pic shows them starting on their first station of "Filthy Fifties"(Workout from Hell = 50 reps of each on Box Jumps, Jumping Pullups, Kb Swings, Walking Lunges, Knees to Elbows, barbell Push Press GHD Hip Extensions, Wall Ball, Burpees and Double Unders) from Tuesday. Today we were pulled some Deadlift's to test Strength.

These guys in this class are doing some hard work 4X every week and at the Hottest time of the day(1-2pm). Each of them is seeing ridiculous results physical fitness.

These guys are studs in all ways possible.

I am having fun watching these guys develop and getting to know them more over the last couple months. So Richard, Walt, Joe, Zac, Chris, Christine and Mike Keep up the awesome work!

I am still awaiting more current Crossfit clients to take on the challenge of joining this class. It
would be easy, but the results would prove worthwhile!

Oh, man! I wish I was part of that class. My last little bit of belly would melt away and I'd be a SUPERHERO!

It's true, Mel. I'm not sure if we're like the Justice League or the Avengers. But it's a class of superheroes. What Mike didn't mention is that the box jumps are a bit easier now since we can fly. Thanks, Mike!
