What More Can I Say?

Year - 2001
Jeremy Thiel - "I will go to war with you"

He told me this our freshman year of college we lived it different cities and were totally not sure of what the hell we were doing.

A year after our High School Graduation, away from competitive football, and in search of a future that meant something to me, If my heart wasn't in it then I would not pursue it. I didn't know what I was looking for at the time but I knew it was coming and all I wanted to do was be prepared for it.

I believe everyday is a battle. Without a pursuit of achieving more every single day is called static living and a total waste of my life's moments. I am moving forward and constantly setting a higher expectations for myself. With the Help of my Best Friends Jeremy Thiel and Lance Cantu Crossfit has come into my life and we have used it to continue to set higher standards for ourselves and those around us. Our Affiliate has been blessed! The Best clients and trainers we could hope for have come to us from all angles. Our lives are promised unlimited posibilities and we continue to achieve all we could ask for.

Now we are heading on a journey to Aromas, CA along with other family, friends and clients to compete in the 2009 Crossfit Games.

Is it War? Maybe not!

But there is no mistake that we are going there to win! Jeremy and Lance to podium in the individual competition and myself with our Affiliate Team.

This year the Team Competition is totally separate from the individuals. Our team is comprised some phenomenal athletes who have all stepped up to the challenge of earning their spots. Each competed at the Qualifiers and did outstanding. For that I am proud to lead them all to this years games with confidence that we cannot be beat.

These 5 people know what I expect and they have prepared themselves better than anybody out there prior to the competition.

Crossfit Central is ready ready for the desert... Too bad the temperature isn't as Hot as in is in Texas!

Here are 5 of them.

You are an inspiration, Mike! Best of luck to you and everyone from Crossfit Central. I am totally rooting for you, and I can't wait to hear all about it when I rejoin CFC in August.
