Core Strength

L-sits develop amazing strength in your abs, hip flexors, triceps and throughout the rest of your body. There are many of ideas on what is the best way to tone and strengthen the arms and lower abdominals, but I can assure you that if you cannot perform the L-sit, then you do not have sound functional body strength. If crunches are your primary source for abdominal training, I advise you to start incorporating full sit-ups, stability holds, back extenstions, hip extenstions, hip and back extensions, knees to elbows, L-sits and turkish get-ups. If you have any questions about these movements you can find detailed video clips at Crossfit's Exercise page. Of course i will always be glad to help anyone with any of these as well... Get Some!!!
