Traveling and Crossfittting

 
Can I do Crossfit anywhere? I hope so. Crossfit and fitness is to be done anytime any where with anything. You always have your body so use it. The best way to lose the ability to do things physically is by simply not doing them. Squats, push-ups, sit-ups, running has been used for strength, speed, endurance and flexibility from day one. Do not take for granted the dynamics of the body and its need to be used constantly. I love to see the world and I will keep being fit as I do.
