Today Starts The Right Way

Today I Awake and I think about the things I have to do.

1 Probiotic Restore

Make Breakfast and send some client emails

8:15 Eat
1 Chicken Sausage
3 eggs
2 jumbo musrooms
1/2 Cup of Oakra
1/2 Cup of Brocoli
3 Oz of Salsa
2 Tablespoons of Avocado
MNS Max 3 White Packets

I still must today:

Work on my MasterMind Journal
Pick up a couple things from the Grocery
Drop my Truck off for wash
Run Bella around
Work out (Crushin some Lunges and 105 Burpees
Train Personal Session
Pick up my Truck
Go to Bank

Train Bootcamp
Crossfit Class
Kettlebell Class

I will snack and eat more in between.

This is a Day worth livin!
This is Everyday for me!
