Same Ingredients

 

Nothing Changes...
Meat and Veggies
Nuts and Seeds
Some Fruit
Eggs
Oils (Olive, Coconut, Walnut, Grapeseed)

This is all!

I seek out the easiest way of doing things to help be efficient.
This is why I eat dinner and save what I don't finish for breakfast.
It never fails. Both times I get a delicious meal.
All I have to add is eggs.

GrassFed Ribeye
Squash
Sausage
Greens
Coconut Oil
Assorted Pepper Seasonings

Boom!
